The misdemeanor trespass charge is secondary. It was just added to the felony charge. since the cop insisted on the felony then the misdemeanor had to be included to make it look right. IF THE COP HAD NOT INSISTED ON THE FELONY THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN NO CRIMINAL CHARGES AT ALL.

Question 2. Why did the Cop insist on Obstruction? He insisted because Nydia's behavior SHOCKED him. She strongly resisted him and engaged in a struggle. Women are NOT supposed to behave this way. She must be taught a lesson. Women are supposed to be passive, docile and submissive. They must never resist the orders of a COP. But then he was not dressed as a COP.

Question 1 Who decided that she must stop video recording? Could it really have been the Burts? Highly unlikely. It was a republican operative. The Burts just went along. This whole "it was the burts who started it all" is completely false.

there are only two key questions in this matter: 1) Who decided that she must stop video recording? and 2) Why did the cop INSIST that Nydia be charged with FELONY OBSTRUCTION? All other questiions are secondary in nature.
