The Attorney General Olens as I understand sat down with John Burt and advised him to not remove Ms. Tisdale from the event that it would turn out bad from him. They did it anyway. Remember, Tisdale and the State filed suit against the Mayor of Cumming for a similar removal of her from recording Cumming city council. Olen acted as plaintiff in that case and won last week.

They are waffling on whether Captain Wooten was present as a DC Deputy or a hired security guard. Either way the local Democrats can gain if the Committee will only act and say something. The question is who was paying him for that time? His regular job? If so how is it he was there at the GOP request and following their orders? If hired by the GOP then they must be held accountable for the actions of their employee.

I also think the fact of Deal, Perdue, Collins and the lesser Republican candidates and leaders sat silent while this woman was being assaulted is a strong political point to demonstrate.

Speak out Democratic Party!!

In fact private property rights do not hold for a publicly promoted event open to the pubic. Her arrest on the charge of trespassing was illegal.

the whole private property thing is a diversion. The real question is: Why was what she was doing so damaging to Republicans?. What she was doing was video recording their event which she would then load unedited to here youtube channel. https://www.youtube.com/user/nydiatisdale

Let's talk about the cop/guard/whatever pushing her down and holding her over a table and pressing his body against her. I think SHE was assaulted. And that was after she was assaulted in the ears by having to listen to that pompous buffoon Ralph Hudgens.

The whole "public/private" thing is a bit silly, at least to the levels that they have tried to take it. Unless I'm mistaken, courts have already ruled that a public event, even if held on private property (most "public" events are, after all, held on private property of some sort) doesn't allow the owner of said property to arbitrarily establish rules as to who/who can't be there. A declaration that a meeting is public carries with it a diminished capacity for the owner of the private property the event is held on for the duration of the event. It's also pretty standard op to have an on-duty law officer present at large political rallies. That happens almost everyone, so they're just doing a whole lot of CYA right now. BTW, there's no reason for any Democrat to feel afraid, even in North GA. I'm sorry, but when I hear that, it brings to mind all the Christians who feel that they are being "persecuted" because people disagree with them. I've made myself Democrat Number One in a very visible way in our county, and yeah, I'm sure it's kept me from getting invited to some parties I never would have wanted to go to anyway, but anything more? No. Stop allowing the fear of what's possible (which is almost everything) keep you from doing what you think is right.

The stories are already changing. Wooten stated to local media that he was there in an official capacity, not as a paid off duty security guard.
