How convenient. I had been wondering where the money was going to come from to pay for these expensive treatment protocols. This explains it. "Reckless drivers" will be a source of revenue for Chelsey. But what about other injuries caused by reckless drivers? Is this just another special interest law designed to enrich Community Health Systems of Macon, the nonprofit building and running the facility? Shall the Constitution of Georgia be amended to allow additional reckless driving penalties or fees to be added to the Brain and Spinal Injury Trust Fund to pay for care and rehabilitative services for Georgia citizens who have survived neurotrauma with head or spinal cord injuries?" All persons desiring to vote in favor of ratifying the proposed amendment shall vote "Yes."
