This was a publicly advertised public event held on private property - no one should be asked to leave unless they're doing something dangerous or wrong - I only wish she'd recorded any conversations with the Burt family, while they throw her under the hay wagon. There will be a legal action now because the journalist was not the one who's done the wrong thing.

IF she was in fact asked to leave that is a little different. Wouldn't that be just trespassing? Not sure why the criminal part, that infers breaking in.

it was on private property and the owners asked her to leave for some reason that is not clear. she was not the only journalist there recording the event.

Bogus charges, the event was open to the public. How can that be criminal trespassing?
