Therefore, Ms Tisdale was there to report on the event. IMO her Constitutional rights were violated on a number of levels. The hosts need to grab their wallets. The Deputy probably didn't follow procedures and could liable as well. If he was on duty the Sheriff has a problem, if off duty may still have a problem since the Deputy was uniformed. What's so lame is the Governor's response: "I'm just a guest"...and he wants a second term...NOT! Evidently there were people at the event that thought otherwise, as she has been charged with criminal trespass. She has also been charged with obstruction of an officer.
