This may have enough visibility to submit to the Southern Poverty Lae Center (SPLC). With the handling of the arrest it may be considered a hate crime and their contingent of attorneys would make quite a stir with this case and garner national headlines.
What were they afraid of? We're they planning on saying something they didn't want heard? Then why say it? This woman's rights were violated. She deserves an apology and all charges dropped.
