There are requirements that went with the stimulus money they built the fiber loop with. I question whether they are meeting those requirements. They are a non- profit organization. I heard Lumpkin County residents being lied to tonight about DSL. I'm glad I went, but disgusted at what I heard and the answers from the NGN's Bruce Abram. I hope everyone realized they were lied to.
